Successful HANSEBOOT!
Thanks to all visitors at our stand in the Hanseboot in Hamburg. The interest on the Scangaard 21 "Exclusive" was astonishing good, customers in all ages came to have a sharp look at the boat...

Southampton Boatshow finished!
Mark Chapman (Global Yachts Ltd.): "Our thanks to all who came to see us at the Southampton Boat Show in September. It was good to renew old acquaintances, catch up on the sailing exploits of our customers, and to show the world at large what we currently have to offer. The DEGERO 28MS, the MIDGET 31, and the TRUSTY T23 were afloat together in the marina and drew a lot of attention with their stylish looks and quality construction - a touch of class in a sea of standard white boats (in our, admittedly somewhat biased, view!). Meanwhile, staff manning our stand ashore - the beautiful SCANGAARD 21 CLASSIC dayboat - were guaranteed a decent lunch each day, the boat being positioned very conveniently right outside the door of the Royal Southampton Yacht Club marquee!"

Folding Prop on the Scangaard
It works! The first Scangaard 21 Classic with electric inboard-engine managed her first testsail well. The swedish-built OzECO-Drive easily brought the boat up to 6 knots speed nearly without noise. The tested range with the small (standard) battery-pack is 4,5 (!) hours on appr. 4 nm cruisingspeed (more possible as an option). Installation is made nearly unvisible in comparison to the standardboat with a real shaft and folding-propeller. Further testresults and information to come soon.
Degerö 31 DS gets more standing height
Degerö 31 DS from now on with additional height.
For all coming deliveries the Degerö 31 DS edition gets a "facelifting" with additional standing height. Plus 8 cm in the galley-area offers much more comfort.
